Reserve your lamb share with this deposit. We will invoice you for the remaining balance due once your animal is harvested and ready for pick up - the total cost is determined by the hanging weight of your lamb plus butcher fees.
If you reserve a whole share and would like to custom select how your share is butchered please reach out with a request to do so as all shares are sent to the butcher with a standard cut sheet. We are happy to include bones and organs as well. If you are interested please notify us so we can mark it on your cut sheet
Whole Lamb: $300 deposit required — Shares are $10.00/lb hanging weight plus butcher fees. (avg. cost is around $520)
Half Lamb: $175 deposit required — Shares are $10.50/lb hanging weight plus butcher fees. (avg. cost is around $280)
