If you reserve a whole share and would like to custom select how your share is butchered please reach out with a request to do so as all shares are sent to the butcher with a standard cut sheet. We are happy to include bones and organs as well. If you are interested please notify us so we can mark it on your cut sheet.
Whole Lamb: $250 deposit required — Shares are $11.00/lb hanging weight plus butcher fees.
Half Lamb: $150 deposit required — Shares are $11.50/lb hanging weight plus butcher fees.
